Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If jililove identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. jililove is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.
Before processing your first withdrawal, jililove will require you to complete a KYC verification process. This involves submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address. jililove may also request a selfie with your ID for identity confirmation purposes.
jililove reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jililove account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:
jililove will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party using your credentials — is your responsibility.
jililove accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and select over-the-counter payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour to reflect.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jililove reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.
Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jililove account.
jililove reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
All transactions on the jililove Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jililove does not currently support multi-currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions.
jililove does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jililove's control and are the player's responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jililove are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable wagering requirements and conditions.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses on jililove is 20x the bonus amount.
jililove actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, using automated betting systems, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jililove Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the jililove Platform — including but not limited to the jililove brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jililove or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jililove Platform without prior written consent from jililove.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jililove's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jililove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jililove has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jililove does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jililove will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Players who self-exclude from jililove are prohibited from attempting to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion order will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jililove reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jililove's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jililove will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, where applicable, in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming operators in the Philippines.
jililove reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jililove will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the jililove Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.1 above.
